About Us
Baker Turner Inc (BTi) is an award-winning Landscape Architecture firm. The company as it is structured today, began in 1998 when Ted Baker and Tim Turner established their partnership, with Mike Thistle becoming Managing Partner in 2015. Ted Baker and Tim Turner have each been providing landscape architectural consulting services for over 30 years. In 2018 BTi became a component of the Cohere Design Group headquartered in Hong Kong under the direction of Albert Cheng. This gives BTi a truly international presence.
BTi continues to provide Landscape Architectural and Site Design services to both the public and private sectors. We are accustomed to leading multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, environmental consultants, archaeologists, planners and marketing consultants. We have established solid working relationships with various municipalities and private clients, and foster these relationships by providing quality service and by completing projects on time and within budget.
The firm consists of four Landscape Architects, four Landscape Architectural Interns and a Certified Arborist, supported by three office management personnel.
